Originally is a style of low-heeled shoe, where technically "brogue" refers to small design and wing shaped toe cap. Almost paired together in dress shoes in a style of Brogue (UK) or a Wing Tip (US).
Wear it with : Dress jeans, dark jeans, or dark suits.
When to wear : Not as formal as classic dress shoes, but can be worn whenever you want to look fantastic with a bit of personality.
